As many of you know, this is a season of change for our club. With locations changing swiftly, I decided to take this time and relocate the blog to a place that better fits our goals.

I am also looking for other people to contribute! I want our class to all have a voice and to share ideas, not just have me come up with my own junk...

Minnesota Western Martial Arts has been a hobby of mine for about 7 years. The system was created by Chris and has been used and added to by me. These are real life self defense techniques that have a strong history in Western Martial Arts from the ancient Greek, to the modern Mixed Martial Arts.
