I had a great time at class this week!
I think we tied in all the previous stuff nicely and everyone seems to be picking up on it quickly. We had a large turnout and that really helps people get a feel for how they are doing in a class. Different heights, weights, skill levels really cause everyone to develop quickly. Great job everyone!
