More violence and some health advice?

The violent world we live in continues to change. Plenty of scholars and researchers debate how violent our culture really is. According to Lt. Colonel David Grossman, this is the most violent time in history. I disagree with him because I personally believe that most acts of violence were unrecorded in older time periods because they were common and typically occurred between people who were illiterate. Thus making them undocumented.

Whatever your view point is, you must acknowledge that violence still exists in our culture in a nasty kind of way.  There are plenty of weapons available to bad guys now and with how loose our legal system is, criminals are released at record numbers.

Tristan sent me this article. I have to say thank you to him here. This article blew me away. Here you have someone who is violent, insane, and mean on a killing spree. Just for kicks, count the number of shots he fires. See how much Gun Control Laws would have saved.

Walk through this article and put yourself in each persons shoes. What went wrong? What could have been done better? Worse?

Nutrition and Fitness have been a hobby of mine for a while. Although I am nothing close to an expert, I like to believe that I have a good ability to listen to my body.

No mater what kind of fitness or health plan you are practicing, ALWAYS take a look at others. Nobody is perfect, and I don't think anyone has all the answers.

About 6 months ago, I found a website that has some unique and good information on health and wellness. I don't buy into half of what they say, but there is a ton of good information on there. If you are interested in checking it out, go here.

Finally, a friend of mine posted this video on his Facebook. It's pretty damn hillarious and very martial arts related. Take a look!
