Vicious Violence - January 23rd Class Supplement

Hey everyone!

I thought I would write a quick article on class and a news story that I pulled from Drudge.

We worked the Chin Jab heavy in class this week. We really practiced powering through your target with a drop step and using your body weight to produce power. Remember to sink weight and use your body weight more than pure muscle. Here is a clip from the master of the chin jab himself, Carl Cestari 


I know I have posted that link before, but it's a good one to review. 

Also review and practice your drop steps and shifts. Controlling your body weight is essential to proper martial arts of any nature. Any sort of Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Yoga, or bodyweight workouts will help you with this immensely. 

I also noticed a really nasty fight that was found on youtube and picked up by foxnews. It's a violent altercation that occurred at your favorite fast food joint... Take a look.
